💧 WATERING POLICY
To ensure a smooth installation, please water your lawn daily for two (2) days prior to your scheduled delivery. We are unable to install signs in hard soil, gravel, mulch, flower beds, concrete, or heavily landscaped areas. We aim to avoid the use of hammers or drills in your yard—dry or compacted soil may result in cancellation of service.
💸 PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Full payment is required at least 24 hours before delivery.

Non-payment will result in automatic cancellation.

Greeting sizes may be adjusted to best fit your lawn’s layout.

Delivery and pickup times vary; we guarantee only the time window confirmed in your communication with the Lawn Love LLC team.

The recipient does not need to be home for installation or removal.

Please notify someone at the recipient’s address (if not your own), so they are aware we’ll be on the property.

You are responsible for sharing Lawn Love LLC’s policies with the recipient or property owner.

Move or remove the signs. If early removal is needed, please contact us directly.

Mow, trim, or edge the lawn near the display—any damage will be billed at our replacement cost.

Decorate the signs with additional items such as balloons, string, or other materials.

Allow pets to interact with or damage the display.
📸 PHOTOS & PROMOTIONS
We love celebrating with you! Lawn Love LLC reserves the right to photograph and share displays on our social media, website, or marketing materials.
A small branded “Lawn Love LLC” sign will accompany your display—we promise it won’t outshine your message!
🌧 CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER

Severe weather (hail, lightning, high winds, extreme temperatures, etc.) may delay or cancel installation/removal. If so, we’ll reach out promptly to reschedule or update you.

If a cancellation is needed, please contact us as early as possible to discuss potential refunds.
🌿 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the recipient is aware of both the setup and removal times.

Notify us in advance of any underground sprinklers, invisible pet fences, or buried utilities that might affect setup.
